Decantation is carried out through the process of sedimentation of suspended material in wastewater in accordance with water protection regulations.
The sedimentation process causes thickening of the sludge at the bottom of the settling tank from where it is extracted, making it compact, dry, and suitable for disposal. For sludge dewatering, we offer different solutions, from the filter bag system (DS and DSM) for small and medium-sized companies to the filter press system (FP) for high productivity companies.

What is silicosis?

Silicosis is a chronic respiratory disease caused by continuous contact with dust containing small particles of a hard material called silica. When a person breathes in dust containing silica, it deposits in the lungs and causes inflammation and fibrosis of the lung tissues, affecting their elasticity, structure, and therefore their function.

To avoid breathing in silica dust in the workplace, Maser offers a range of vacuuming centers from 2 meters to 6 meters with a special system of Teflon-coated polyester filters that drastically reduces the need for maintenance and even allows working with water without any risk of deterioration.
