Orders received before 12:00, from the Peninsula, will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Orders to other parts of the world will be delivered within a maximum of approximately two weeks. We ship anywhere in the world but cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

RETURNS
How long do I have to return my order?
You have up to 14 calendar days to cancel your online order from the delivery date, during which you can return or exchange it. Remember that both the product and its accessories must be in perfect condition at the time of return.

Where can I return the merchandise?
The return address is: Componentes Industriales Maser, S.L. La Granja, 9 P.I. Alcobendas 28108 Alcobendas (Madrid) Spain. We recommend returning via postal package (always prepaid). Componentes Industriales Maser, S.L. is not responsible for any incidents that occur during the return.

Please note that if you are interested in exchanging the merchandise, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

When will I receive my refund for a return?
Once we have received and verified that the product you wish to return is in perfect condition, we will proceed with your refund, which you will receive within a maximum of 14 days (depending on your bank) in the same payment method you used to make your purchase. If you made the payment through Bizum, confirm with your bank that the Bizum refund service is enabled.

What amount will be refunded for a product return?
When you request a return through the website, a courier will pick up your product from your home and deliver it to our facilities. After verifying that the product you are requesting a return for is in perfect condition, we will issue the refund using the same payment method you used.

The return shipping costs will be deducted from the total. Before the courier arrives to pick up your product, ensure it is properly protected and sealed to avoid any damage during transit. The courier may refuse to collect the product if the transport packaging is insufficient to ensure safe shipping.

If you wish to make a partial return of your order, the return shipping cost will be equivalent to the least expensive option of Standard Delivery. The refund for your order will be made using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. If you paid through Bizum, confirm with your bank that the Bizum refund service is enabled.

If you return the item to our headquarters in Alcobendas (Madrid), we will refund you via the same payment method used for the purchase.
