Instructions for use:

1. Surface preparation: the surface must be dry and clean; any stains, molds, and various deposits must be completely removed, otherwise their subsequent removal would be difficult. Application: brush, cloth, roller, wool. Brush application is recommended whenever possible as it allows for better penetration of the protector.
2. For use, apply IDEA GOLD with a brush, exerting light pressure to ensure good penetration into cracks, corners, and cavities. Let the product dry in the air and the material will be protected.
3. On less absorbent surfaces, apply IDEA GOLD and, after several minutes, remove the excess product by rubbing with a dry and clean microfiber cloth.
4. During application and drying, the substrate temperature should be between 10 and 30°C. In case of application on a floor with underfloor heating, turn off the heating and let the stone cool completely.

Usage tips:

• It is recommended to apply the product until the stone is completely saturated.
• On highly absorbent materials, it is recommended to apply the product at least 2 times with a 2-hour interval after the first application.
• Do not dilute the product with other solvents or water as the preparation is ready for use.
• The material to be treated must be completely dry.
• Do not let excess IDEA GOLD dry on the surface: in case of excessive application, remove it with a cotton or microfiber cloth.
• Protect from rain or moisture during the first hours of application.
• In case of application on surfaces with foot traffic, pay attention to the pearl effect, which could make the surface slippery in case of frost. Therefore, it is advisable to apply the product at least 60 days before the expected drop in temperatures below zero.
• Another suitable application method for small pieces is immersion; it is also possible to use a sponge soaked in the product and dab the material.
• Once treated, the stone material should be allowed to dry for at least 24 hours to complete polymerization.
• In the case of treatment on statues, vases, or decorative items outdoors, pay close attention to the crevices.
• Before use, carefully read the recommendations on the label and perform a preliminary test.

Application surface:

• Marbles, granites, marble/cement, marble/resin, calcareous stones.
• Restoration and enhancement works on stone or walls, both outdoors and indoors.
• Ideal for protecting facades, brick or concrete walls, flat stone surfaces (matte or glossy marble or granite).

Product performance:

For the protection of polished or honed marbles and granites, 1 liter of product can treat 15/25 m² when combined with 800 grit. In the case of unpolished marbles and granites, calcareous stones, sandstones, marble/cement, 1 liter can treat 10/15 m².

Maintenance:

For material maintenance, it is recommended to use our detergent LEM-3. In case of stone wear and as needed, reapplication of the product is recommended.
