THE SEAN PHANTOM PROCESS:

1: GO DOWN

We use a 2” roughing wheel to generate a recess of approximately ¼” under the top of the stone edge. This recess creates enough space for the adhesive or mastic chosen depending on the material and roughness required to ensure good adhesion.

2: PREPARATION

The second step is to prepare the visible edge of the seal with a set of diamond-coated abrasives in three steps (granas 60, 150 and 300), leaving it straight, level and free of any chips. The precision of the depth setting and the simplicity of changing the snail fixation, make this process possible quickly.

3: UNION

Once both parts of the seal are prepared, simply make the joint using the chosen mastic and suction cup fastening and leveling system to achieve a perfect result. And with one more advantage, forget to have different colored mastics, now you only need one.
