TELECARE SERVICE MASER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The user who wishes to contract the Maser Telecare service needs to provide personal and social data required on the form provided on this website which means the acceptance of the general conditions for the fulfillment of the contract.
2. The aim of this contract is to regulate the general conditions of the Maser Telecare contract in the selected mode.
3. Scope and conditions of the service.
The Maser Telecare service aims to offer help to all customers that own Breton machinery, for CNC, cutting, and molding machines using remote computer access connected to the Breton machine equipment, through the purchase of Telecare vouchers of five or ten hours of assistance.
3. Prior to the acquisition of the telecare vouchers, the customer will contact Maser’s staff via fax or email at info@cimaser.com describing the type of failure of the machine, the model, and the serial number.
The customer will receive advice from Maser’s staff for the purchase of vouchers, as well as a confirmation e-mail of the purchase.
The service is in rendered in the prepaid mode. The customer will have to acquire one of the two vouchers of hours created to the effect at http://www.tiendacimasr.com/.
The purchase of this voucher implies acceptance of these conditions.
4. Once the purchase of the corresponding voucher is executed, Maser will contact the customer with the technicians to set and specify the details of the Telecare action via remote access to the Breton machine’s computer through the TeamViewer system.
The Maser technician will instruct you on how to set up the remote connection.
Telecare service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
5. The price of the Telecare vouchers €303 VAT included for the ten-hour voucher, and €170 VAT included for the five-hour voucher.
The payment will be made at the time of the purchase as a necessary requirement to provide any kind of assistance.
6. Travel, maintenance, or spare parts are not included in this service.
If needed, these services will be billed to the customer independently prior acceptance of the budget drawn up by Maser.
7. The invoicing will be made by sections of one minute and will be deducted from the balance of available hours.
The customer will be informed at the end of each month of the status of the contracted service, the time invested in the Telecare actions, and the time available for future actions.
The validity of the voucher is five years from the purchase date.
8. The Maser Telecare service will be free for the Breton models in the period of warranty given by the manufacturer.
In the case of new machinery, the warranty period is valid for twenty-four months; for used machinery, the period is valid for six months.
The customer may inquire about their machine warranty situation with Maser anytime.
9. Maser will not be responsible for the misuse of the Telecare tasks, the maintenance work carried out by the user or unauthorized third parties, nor network failures or errors in the use of TeamViewer.
10. This contract is of a commercial nature and will be governed by Spanish law. There is no employment relationship between Maser and the customer.
For any dispute under this contract, the parts expressly submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
