Press for Engineered Stone

The standard lines can process finished boards up to 1,620 x 240 mm, while the special VEEGOO lines can prcess boards up to 2,020 x 3,300 mm. 

The pressed board is flat and homogeneous, with a high density and a suitable hardness. 

Operation of the press for inert engineered stone: 

• Mechanical, hydraulic and vacuum processes are used to produce the board, wich is formed under high pressure and high frequency vibrations. 
• Pressing parameters can be adjusted according to different formulas to ensure short pressing times and to handle low resin contents, allowing special patterns to be produced. 
• The vacuum system is designed to minimise suction time.
