Maser's horizontal edge polisher uses CNC technology with a touchscreen interface and incorporates pneumatic abrasive compensation, variable frequency speed control, and a memory function. It also supports continuous or intermittent feeding and is equipped with electric pressure compressors, allowing for both manual and automatic operation (in integrated or separate modes).
- The abrasive polishing tools use internal water cooling to prevent overheating during the processing of thick slabs.
- It is capable of polishing various materials, such as ceramics, marble, microcrystalline stone, quartz, and granite, adapting to different sizes and thicknesses.

During processing, reserved dimensions can be set for specific sections (e.g., 1/4 round, 1/2 round, or areas requiring oscillation of the polishing wheel to remove burrs). The machine integrates rough grinding, fine polishing, and final polishing in one operation, achieving a finish that is shinier than the original surface of the slab.
Its advanced structure ensures high precision, efficiency, ease of use, and low maintenance. The maximum processing speed is 4 meters per minute, equivalent to the output of 15 manual workers, eliminating manufacturing defects. The transport racks include an automatic slab flipping function.
