Vacuum and dust filtering benches are available in three models, with different designs and capacities that meet the needs and demands required in the market.

BMB SERIES / BA-W SERIES / BA-X SERIES

Features:

The combined suction models of the BMB / BA-W / BA-X series allow the operator to work on a multi-layered wood work surface, while also offering the functionality of the external water layer at the front of the work area.

The dust produced during work is sucked in by fans through the side, front, and the work surface itself, and then reduced within the integrated tower through a water atomization system. The dust is then collected in the inclined tank below, turning into sludge and thus avoiding any possibility of dispersion in the air.

Water circulation is managed by a submersible pump with stainless steel body and impeller.

The suction bench also features a droplet separator that isolates the water atomization system from the fans, preventing water or dust from being discharged into the air. The purified air exits from the top of the reduction tower, allowing for recirculation in the area.

The machine can also be accessed through the side inspection panels, with the possibility of removing the work surface for cleaning or for regular maintenance of parts subject to saturation or natural wear. If the laboratory ceiling does not exceed six meters, our anti-turbulence disperser called PLENUM is recommended.

Silicosis

During the last few years, the number of detected cases of silicosis has grown worryingly, especially among marble company workers.

What is silicosis?

Silicosis is a chronic respiratory disease caused by continuous contact with dust containing small particles of a hard material called silica. When a person breathes in dust containing silica, it deposits in the lungs and causes inflammation and fibrosis of the lung tissues, affecting their elasticity, structure, and therefore their function.

To avoid breathing in silica dust in the work area, Maser offers vacuum centers ranging from 2 meters to 6 meters with a special system of Teflon-coated polyester filters that drastically reduce the need for maintenance and even allow working with water without any risk of deterioration.
