SuperGlossy is a machine with highly performing characteristics, designed and manufactured to obtain different brushing and polishing effects on ceramic materials, quartz agglomerates and natural marble/granite.
The technical potential and the operating flexibility of the machine allow the effective, constant and reliable realization of a wide and fine gradation of processes ranging from the following applications:
• Polishing of fired and treatment-free material,
• Abrasion of raw material with removal down to 2 mm thick
• Light brushing of raw enameled material to create particular decorative effects
• Application of specific anti-stain treatment products.

SuperGlossy
- Modular heads
Depending on the size of the material and the desired processing, the machine is equipped with one or more brushing heads in series, adjustable in height and position (fixed or moving, with on/off option). The modular configuration and the diameter of the heads, along with the number and type of tools that can be combined, allow the machine to work with various formats (up to 2000 mm wide) and thicknesses.

Innovative treatment system
The innovative mechanics of the machine ensure self-regulation of brushing pressure, which remains constant until the complete wear of the brushes. This system allows intermittent material processing, as the head/tool group will never touch the conveyor belt; additionally, the tool can work across the entire surface, including the edges. Other benefits include quick tool changes, resistance to high working pressures, optimal treatment penetration in the ceramic porosity, and homogeneous polishing without defects. An intuitive, user-friendly control panel makes it easy to configure brushing/polishing parameters, including the rotation speed of the heads according to the type of material surface and desired working conditions.
Among the main features of SuperGlossy are low maintenance, ERP interconnection implementation, and remote assistance, in line with the latest Industry 4.0 standards.
SuperGlossy can be installed in series or interspersed with other machines at the end of the line: in combination with automatic sorting systems or the SIMEC SRL sorting table, it is the most effective solution to the problem of material cleaning before quality control; after sanding or lapping, it distributes the treatment product and perfectly completes the polishing process.

Protective treatments for polished or lapped porcelain stoneware require special precautions and dedicated solutions in terms of application systems.
The SuperGlossy treatment line represents a unique solution in the large slab sector. Composed of one or more SuperGlossy units and other machines, and inserted after conventional lapping machines, this line corrects imperfections due to small scratches that may be present from the start of processing, solves polishing homogeneity problems, and enhances gloss, even in black and super black materials. These are always flexible technological solutions, adapting to different treatment products and surface types, through the combined use of:
- Acidification, washing, and drying system
- Roller coating machines for the application of treatment products
- SuperGlossy units with different functions
- Special equipment for rotating, flipping, squaring, and centering formats in preparation for lapping, grinding, and cutting
- Applications for transporting and handling the material to be treated
- Machines for loading and unloading slabs during their finishing processes and final storage.
