Chamfering and grinding lines: Designed for chamfering the upper and lower ceramic surfaces and for grinding all four sides of slabs of any size and thicknes
Cutting machine: The cutting machine is designed and made for longitudinally or transversely cutting raw tiles transported along a belt- or roller-line. It consists of a tile-stopping group, a group of translating motors and one of fixed motors, which respectively control an input and an output cutting zone. The height of the cutting discs can be automatically adjusted depending on the depth of engraving to be obtained. Available also in the version with retractable roller conveyor to collect pieces coming out of the press.
Drilling machine: Designed for raw drilling of ceramic slabs for the creation of kitchen tops, shower trays, sinks and tubs. Inserted in line, it allows to carry out the operation automatically by means of a suitable cutter.
Storage and kiln feeding: Systems designed for the temporary storage, taking out and kiln feeding of raw ceramic material of any size and thickness (up to 5 cm).
