he TELAIO 100 multi-sawing machine is a marble block saw for the production of slabs of different thicknesses.
With this machine, blocks of different sizes can be processed. It is a sliding frame on an articulate linear guide structure. The block to be cut is lifted by platform where the block cart is placed.
It has a parallelepiped shape and a total working length of 3.25 metres.

The tools used are steel blades with sintered diamond plates.
The machine consists of a frame with parallel and tensioned blades.
The cutting movement is produced by a crank mechanism controlled by a 110 KW electric motor with belt drive.
The platform moves vertically by means of four columns which also support the blade frame, and is driven by four sets of bolts and nuts.
Via a toothed gear, the four bolts are connected to a high downward speed geared motor unit and a reduced downward speed geared motor unit.
