Maintenance

• Dilute with water according to the amount of dirt to be removed, without the need to use abrasive tools.
• The treatment has a variable duration, depending on the weather conditions to which it is exposed and the wear of the material. If necessary, it is possible to reapply IDEA QUARTZ on top of a previous application.
• For countertop maintenance, we recommend using the Complete Natural Stone Treatment Kit.

Instructions for use

• Preparation of the substrate: The surface to be treated must be clean, dry, and free of waxes. The stone to be treated must not have salts (sulfates, nitrates, or chlorides) as their presence would reduce absorption. Any stains, molds, and encrustations must be removed before application, as they would be difficult to remove after product application.
• Apply IDEA QUARTZ undiluted, using a brush, roller, or cloth. Apply the necessary amount until complete absorption. After 10-15 minutes, remove any excess product with an absorbent cloth. During application and drying, the substrate temperature should be between 10 and 30°C. In case of application on a floor with underfloor heating, turn off the heating and let the stone cool completely.

Usage tips

• Do not dilute the product with water or other solvents, as the preparation is ready for use.
• The material to be treated must be completely dry.
• Once treated, the surface should be allowed to dry for 12 hours to complete polymerization.
• In the case of treatment plants, wait 12 hours before walking on them.
• Before use, read the label recommendations carefully and perform a preliminary test.
