Polishing Gel for Marble and Limestone Stones EUREKA

Instructions for use:

APPLICATION FOR FLOORS:

• Thoroughly clean the floor with a single-brush machine and appropriate disc, removing dirt, any residues of old waxes and treatments (we recommend the use of our ULTRA STRIPPER); rinse well and dry with a wet vacuum. Put a small amount (approximately 30 grams) of "Eureka" directly on the floor, under the animal bristle disc, moisten slightly, then spread with a single-brush machine (150 rpm and minimum 30 kg weight) the product over approximately 1-2 m² of floor. Spray or add water in case the gel dries too quickly during processing. After distributing the product, work the surface until the gel dries, obtaining the desired shine.

In case of very porous materials, it may be necessary to repeat the treatment a second time. At the end, wash and rinse with water and an alkaline substance (soda, bicarbonate or our ULTRA STRIPPER detergent) to remove product residues and neutralize residual acidity.

1. IMPORTANT TIP:

• We recommend using the Bellinzoni Phoenix EH or Phoenix HDH single-brush machine because they are machines for multiple uses in terms of power, speed, accessories and efficiency, which allow the operator to carry out a large part of the work on the floors of any material.

APPLICATION FOR TABLES, KITCHEN AND BATHROOM COUNTERTOPS, BAR COUNTERS, ETC.:

• Surface preparation: the surface must be dry and clean. Wash the material to remove dirt, residues of old wax and treatments (the use of our ULTRA STRIPPER is recommended); rinse well and let dry. Place a small amount (10-15 grams) on the surface to be treated, moisten with a few drops of water; put the EUREKA gel on the surface and polish using an orbital sander with variable speed at low speeds, between 800 -1500 rpm (1000 rpm is optimal). Pass over the surface until the gel is completely dry and the desired result is achieved. Clean the residue with water and neutral detergent. If necessary, the entire procedure can be repeated.

1. IMPORTANT TIP:

• We recommend using the Eureka Pad as it is made with a perfect balance between the correct softness and homogeneous density, a ratio that improves Eureka Quarzo and allows it to quickly reach the working temperature.

Usage tips:

• Do not dilute the product, as it is ready to use. Water should only be added in case of excessive dryness of the product.
• If processing with the machine is difficult due to friction and relative overheating of the floor, spray the necessary amount of water.
• During application and drying, the temperature of the substrate should be between 10 and 30°C. In case of application on a floor with radiant heating, turn off the heating and let the stone cool completely.
• Before use, read the label recommendations carefully and perform a preliminary test.
