Polish Liquid Wax with Silicone VX-SL

Usage mode:

1. It is used either by hand or by machine. Spread VX-SL evenly on the surface to be treated, clean and dry and free of dust.
2. Let it dry for about 5-10 minutes (depending on the room temperature). For a brighter polish, it is recommended to clean with a dry cloth or with fine steel wool (without soap), or with a brush.

• For automatic polishing, a low-speed orbital sander (max. 2000 rpm) equipped with a felt or cloth disc can be used.
• In the case of application on the floor, polishing is achieved with a single-brush machine with steel wool or with a floor polisher with either steel wool or cloth. The liquid wax VX-SL is especially suitable for application in the production line of plates, strips, and tiles.
• The application is possible when an automatic waxing machine is installed, equipped with 1 electric fan for drying the material before wax application, 1 automatic dispenser timer for adjusting the quantity and frequency of wax emission, 1 waxing head for even distribution, 1 electric fan for drying the applied wax, 1 or 2 polishing heads with brushes.

Usage tips:

• To facilitate the penetration of the preparation, it is recommended to heat the slab to be treated; this process allows for the opening of porosity, deep penetration of the wax, and then an excellent result.
• To delay the drying of the wax, it is recommended to dilute the mixture with turpentine solvent base up to 30%.
• In the case of application on the floor, pay attention to the resulting slippery surface; the slipperiness will be reduced after a few days and, as a result of periodic washing, it will continue to maintain an excellent shine.
• Application on synthetic materials such as plastic, linoleum, and laminate is not recommended.
• Before use, read the label recommendations carefully and perform a preliminary test.
