FIXED BRIDGE CUTTING MACHINE FOR THICK AND HARD MATERIALS CPG

The CPG fixed bridge cutter is extremely robust, suitable for cutting large thicknesses and particularly hard materials.

• Maximum cutting precision guaranteed by a special "active", ground and chrome-plated tensioning bridge that remains in tension for the life of the machine
• Possibility to enter a PLC control unit for the programming the cuts to passes
• Motorized head movement with adjustable speed on the two directions of travel

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

• PLC control: PLC control unit for programming cuts to passes. 
• Roller workbench: To facilitate positioning of the boards, equipped with omni-directional rollers, with manual or automatic raising or lowering.
• Side bench with roller: To facilitate the workload. Dimensions 1510 x 865 mm
• Laser: Laser tracing device, mounted on the head indicating the cutting line of the disc
• Water collection tray: With built-in recirculation pump for disc cooling during cutting
• Variable speed: Electronic regulation of the speed of the main motor, to regulate the speed of the disc according to the material made
• Accessories for parallel cuts: Side stop holder for easy execution of parallel slices. Using a lateral steering wheel it slides parallel to the cutting line to avoid repeated attempts at manual measurement. The offset is displayed by a decimal position indicator.
