CONCENTRATED ACID BASED CLEANER BERT27

Mode of use: The product should be used with very strong dirt on lapid materials, cooked mud and ceramics. It reacts optimally for the stripping of fatty dirt, oily residues, mineral salts efflorescence and surface rust stains.

• Dilute the product in water according to the dirt to be removed. We advise the following dilutions: Cleaning of surface stains of cement, lime etc... Dilute 20/30 ml of product to 1 liter of water. Cleaning of rust stains, fats etc... Dilute 50 ml of product in 1 liter of water. Cleaning of calcareous residues on granite, porphyry and ceramics, dilute 30 ml of product in 1 liter of water.
• Proceed to application using a mop or by throwing the product directly on the part to be treated. In the application to the floor, spread the product with a mop or mop; allow to act 5- 10 minutes, friction with a brush, abrasive cap or with a single-cup machine equipped with abrasive discs. In the event of debris remaining, repeat the operation. Rinse abundantly with water by continuing to brush and collect waste using sponges, rags, liquid aspirator.

Usage Tips:

• For vertical use, use a brush to remove dirt.
• Before use, carefully read the recommendations on the label and make a preliminary test.
• After treatment of the lapideo material, it is advisable to neutralize any residues using an alkaline product.
• The product is acid based, it is advisable to rinse all the tools used for the elaboration with plenty of water, especially in a possible way vacuum cleaners of liquids or monopillos.
• Do not use BERT 27 on polished marble, on calcareous stones, on slate and on any acid-sensitive material.

Product Performance:

• For the cleaning of materials, about 80/150 m² can be treated with one liter of product. The amount of the product may vary depending on the type of dirt to remove and its intensity.
• In the case of oxide removal caused by contact of the material with oxidized iron or iron jet, it is generally possible to clean 30/40 m2 with one liter; in the case of strong or strong oxide two applications may be necessary. In the extreme case of rust very resistant to corrosion, due to the presence of iron in the material, we will have to use our "Come Oxide" RUST REMOVE (FT cod. 075).
