HARDENER WATER-REPELLENT FOR FRIABLE SURFACES STRONG 2000

Mode of use:

• Preparation of the support: The surface must be dried and cleaned; possibly stains, fungi and various inlays must be completely removed, otherwise they will be encapsulated and protected by the resin film and its successive extraction would be difficult.
• Applicable with: Brush, roller, fleece, cloth, mop, spray. Brush application is advisable, where possible, as it allows for better penetration of the guard, exerting a slight pressure to make it penetrate well into cracks, angles and cavities. It is also possible to apply the guard using a low pressure spray dispenser, 20 to 25 cm from the surface and being careful to plug possible holes. Allow the product to air dry and the material will be protected. In the event that after application there are some leave of absence, remove it using A strong 2000 wet cloth and finally gently with a dry cloth.
• During application and drying, the substrate temperature should be between 10 and 30°C. In case of application on floor with underfloor heating, switch off the heating and allow the stone to cool completely.

Usage Tips:

• It is advisable to apply the product until the complete saturation of the stone.
• On highly absorbent materials it is advisable to apply the product 2/3 times with a 20 minute separation between applications.
• Do not dilute the product with other solvents or water, as preparation is ready for use.
• The material to be treated must be completely dry.
• Another application system, suitable for small pieces, can be by immersion. It is also possible to use a wet sponge of the product and plug the material.
• Once treated, the lapideo material has to be allowed to dry for at least 24 hours for complete polymerization to occur.
• In the case of treatments on statues, vessels or exterior decoration items, make a lot of case to the intersticios.
• Before use, carefully read the recommendations on the label and make a preliminary test.

Application surface: Marbles and granites, marble/cement, marble/resin, calcareous stones.

Usage Tool:

Product Performance: For the protection of marbles and granites, 15/25 m² can be treated with 1 liter of product. In the case of calcareous stones, sandstones, marble/cement, with a lt. 5/15 m² can be treated.

Maintenance: For the maintenance of the material we recommend the use of our detergent LEM-3. IN case of stone wear, and as required, IT is recommended to apply STRONG 2000 again.
