HARDENER HYDRO-OLEOPHOBIC FOR FRIABLE AND POROUS SURFACES LIMESEALER

Mode of use: 

• Preparation of the support: The surface of being dry and clean; possibly stains, fungi and various inlays should be removed, otherwise they would be encapsulated and their successive extraction would be difficult.
• Application: Brush, roller brush. It is recommended, where possible, the application with a brush as soon as it allows a better penetration of the protector, exerting a slight pressure to make it penetrate well into cracks, angles and cavities. Repeat the application several times, then without interruption, until the stone is saturated and no more product is absorbed.
• During application and drying, the substrate temperature should be between 10 and 30°C.
• In case of application on sueli with underfloor heating, switch off the heating and let the stone cool down completely.

Usage Tips:

• It is advisable to apply the product until the complete saturation of the stone, taking care to apply it bath on bath, i.e. without letting the first hand dry and continuing the application.
• On highly absorbent materials it is advisable to apply the product 2/3 times with a 20 minute separation between applications.
• Do not dilute the product with other solvents or water, as preparation is ready for use.
• The material to be treated must be completely dry.
• Another application system, suitable for small pieces, can be by immersion. It is also possible to use a wet sponge of the product and plug the material.
• Once treated, the lapideo material has to be allowed to dry for at least 24 hours for complete polymerization to occur.
• In the case of treatments on statues, macetera or exterior decoration items, make a lot of case to the small holes.
• Before use, carefully read the recommendations on the label and make a preliminary test.

Application surface: Limestone, sandstone, porous and fragile limestone in general.

Product Performance: For the protection of limestone marble, sandstone, with one liter can be treated 10/15 m2 depending on the type and degree of finish of the material. 

Maintenance: For the maintenance of the material we recommend the use of our detergent LEM-3. In the event of stone wear, and as required, it is recommended to apply LIMESELER again.
